(1) The remuneration of the Executive Director shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal at the time of his appointment.
(2) Other provisions related to other facilities and other conditions of service of the executive director shall be as mentioned in the regulations of the fund.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if a person receiving a pension from the government fund is appointed to the position of executive director, he shall be entitled to receive such pension or any one of the benefits of his choice from the remuneration as per this regulation as long as he remains in that position.
